We have pickle water in our veins.
Our roots start in New York City’s Lower East Side in 1950 with our Great-Grandpa Sam. It was a time when barrels of cured meat and pickles lined the streets.
Pastrami piled high on rye has always been our specialty. Since then, we have traveled up the Hudson to upstate New York where we now make a full New York delicatessen line with four generations of family recipes.
We source the highest quality protein and ingredients to make healthy and delicious food for our friends and family. Every one of our products was meticulously crafted to bring today’s consumers authentic New York taste and flavor made with the finest ingredients.
Today, we have a deep respect for our heritage and four family generations later, we are breathing new life and sustainable ideals into old deli traditions with new all natural, organic and grass-fed offerings.
Our team’s expertise in food-science and regulatory affairs, culinary arts, operational engineering, manufacturing design, and marketing helps you effectively navigate the commercialization process and ensure your product is market-ready.

Superior Taste and Quality
We are known throughout the industry for premium quality, texture and delicious flavor. We use a variety of cooking methods, including natural wood smoking, oven roasting or water kettle sous-vide, to create delicious products with shelf life.
We thoughtfully source high integrity ingredients, and passionately craft every bite. All of our protein is sourced through a global program, which includes global and domestic farm partners. We have long-term relationships with our suppliers and work with customers to build protein programs and customize taste profiles that can compete in today’s marketplace.
We are an experienced team committed to the industry and building conscious and sustainable business practices in the food production system. We seek to work with partners who share our interest in sustainability and mission to support consumer health and the health of our planet.
